We have released our first Double Chooz paper to the LANL archive. This, the first new reactor data since the 1990's, gives a strong indication that the parameter describing the cross-generational mixing of neutrinos (theta13) is not zero. The measured spectrum is more consistent with a fairly large value, and when combined with accelerator results rules out a zero value by more than three standard deviations.
